HR & Administration Officer

Kent Range 6 – £20,585-£22,483 per annum (pro rata for term time weeks)

37 hours per week

Term Time plus development days plus 1/2 additional weeks (by negotiation)

Required to start as soon as possible

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a candidate of exceptional ability to join our administration team as HR & Administration Officer in this over-subscribed and successful Church of England school.

Under the guidance of the Executive Assistant to the CEO, the primary objective of the role is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the school’s leadership team and contribute to the smooth, effective and efficient running of HR and Payroll processes, ensuring compliance with school/Trust and regulatory requirements.

The successful applicant will have a strong administrative background, ideally gained in a HR role.  They will have excellent IT and communication skills and be able to prioritise a busy and varied workload. Experience of working within a school environment is desirable.
