Pupil Leadership

Value Ambassadors

Value Ambassadors are our pupil leaders across the whole school community.

Their role is to:

  • Promote our values and ethos through all aspects of school life
  • Be role models for their peers, living out our values
  • Actively contribute to our school community and wider community
  • Actively seek and represent pupil voice

The Value Ambassadors receive leadership training to help them to carry out their role.  Primary ambassadors are currently embarking on the Archbishop Young Leader Award as part of their training.

Value Ambassadors work closely with the pupil leadership teams of both primary and secondary phases.

Our Value Ambassadors also join with other Trust schools to share good practice and collaborate on projects.

Trust Pupil Voice

At Aletheia Academies Trust, we all understand the importance of getting all pupils involved in the direction of the schools and how students can be an instrument to affect positive change in our school communities. Bi-monthly a number of school councils from each school get together to discuss what individual schools have done recently, to plan what they want to achieve in Student Voice for next year and ways to ensure the group is feeding into the Trust to have an impact on the overall development.
